What is it: A housing study for Westmoreland County with the goal of prioritizing government investment in critical areas where there will be a significant return on investment.
What did I do: Reviewed existing academic research to identify key variables that describe housing markets. I then gathered data and ran regressions to create unique scores for every neighborhood in Westmoreland County. These scores described the housing market in every neighborhood and were used to identify tipping point neighborhoods where investment would have the greatest impact. I drafted policy recommendations based on these identified neighborhoods.
